  外方校長Principal- Mr. Moore

  Mr. Moore來自英國諾丁漢,自1995年以來一直在私立國際教育組織工作。在此期間,他在教師、講師、教師培訓(xùn)師、副中心校長、中心校長學(xué)術(shù)校長、學(xué)術(shù)總監(jiān)、亞太地區(qū)學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)理、審計(jì)員和全球?qū)W術(shù)支持經(jīng)理等關(guān)鍵職位擁有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Mr. Moore 擁有杜倫大學(xué)應(yīng)用語言學(xué)專業(yè)文學(xué)碩士學(xué)位、倫敦大學(xué)和劍橋大學(xué)英語作為第二語言教學(xué)證書、蘭卡斯特大學(xué)文化與傳播文學(xué)榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位。Mr. Moore先后在英國、西班牙、尼日利亞、越南、韓國和日本工作過。自2003年起,他先后在北京、上海、重慶、廣州、南京、長沙、成都、青島、沈陽、蘭州、香港等中國城市工作。多年來,他和家人幸福的定居在昆明。在他的職業(yè)生涯中,獲得了開展國際認(rèn)證課程的經(jīng)驗(yàn),例如 IFY、PMP、IGCSE、AS / A Level、IB MYP 和 IB DP。工作之余,Mr. Moore喜歡與家人和朋友共度時(shí)光,遛狗、騎自行車、游泳、旅行、聽音樂、打羽毛球、喝茶和做飯。

  Originally from Nottingham, England (UK), Mr Moore has been working in the private international education sector since 1995. During this time, he has gained experience in key roles including being a Teacher, Lecturer, Teacher Trainer, Deputy Centre Principal, Centre Principal, Academic Principal, Academic Director, Asia Pacific Regional Academic Manager, Auditor, and Global Academic Support Manager. Mr Moore has a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Applied Linguistics (with Specific Reference to English Language Teaching) from the University of Durham, a University of Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree (with Honours) in Culture and Communication from the University of Lancaster. The countries where Mr Moore has worked include England, Spain, Nigeria, Vietnam, Korea, and Japan. Since 2003, he has worked in cities in China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Changsha, Chengdu, Qingdao, Shenyang, Lanzhou, and Hong Kong. With his family, he has been happily settled in Kunming for many years. During his career, Mr Moore has acquired experience of running internationally recognised programmes such as IFYs, PMPs, IGCSEs, AS / A Levels, IB MYPs, and IB DPs.Outside of work, Mr Moore enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking his dog, cycling, swimming, travelling, listening to music, playing badminton, drinking tea and cooking.

  Mr Moore hopes that BIBS students, teachers, and parents will cooperate and collaborate to maintain a positive, harmonious, professional, caring, sharing culture which fosters high academic results. He hopes teachers will inspire a love of their subjects in the minds of students, guide students to form good learning habits, differentiate teaching to enable students to achieve their full potential, and understand that being a truly effective Secondary School means that we progress the learning and development of every single student here regardless of individual strengths and weaknesses. He hopes students will try their best and never give up. And he hopes everyone enters a spirit of continual improvement where everything keeps getting better.

  中方校長Principal- 董偉Charlie

  董偉校長,本科畢業(yè)于美國霍特商學(xué)院倫敦分校,主修經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融。碩士畢業(yè)于英國肯特大學(xué)精算方向,同時(shí)也是英國華威大學(xué)教育學(xué)研究生。獲取PGCE英國教師資格證,此外,也是IB數(shù)學(xué)考官、袋鼠數(shù)學(xué)競賽委員會委員。自2007年步入教育行業(yè)以來,擁有十余年豐富的一線數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與國際學(xué)校管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2021年正式加入青苗國際雙語學(xué)校昆明校區(qū)擔(dān)任中學(xué)部中方校長,致力于帶領(lǐng)每一位青苗學(xué)子在校取得卓越的進(jìn)步,樹立正確的人生觀,學(xué)貫中西擁有全球視野,最終進(jìn)入自己理想的大學(xué),為世界貢獻(xiàn)出自己的力量。

  Mr. Charlie was graduated from Hult International Business School by the major of Economics and Finance. He finished his Postgraduate Degree in University of Kent by the major of Accounting and University of Warwick by the major of Education. Mr. Charlie has the PGCE British Teaching Certification, and he also is the examiner of IB Mathematic and the member of Kangaroo Mathematic Competition Commitee. Since he worked in the Education Industry in 2007, he has more than 10 years experience in the first line education and management in international school. Mr. Charlie joined BIBS Kunming as the Chinese Secondary Principle in 2021. He focus on helping every BIBS student to achieve their best and building the correct value point and world point. He believes that these would help students to get the offer they want and make their own influence to the world.

  DP外方協(xié)調(diào)員- Ms. Surika

  Ms. Surika中學(xué)部班主任。來自南非的一個(gè)教師家庭。她畢業(yè)于南非大學(xué)獲得了高級FET階段學(xué)士學(xué)位。她的專業(yè)是語言和心理學(xué)。從教12年,有7年以上教授不同文化背景的初、高中學(xué)生的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Ms. Surika被評價(jià)為一位非常負(fù)責(zé)任、充滿激情和具有奉獻(xiàn)精神的老師。她從大連搬來了昆明,已在中國生活了5年。她喜歡閱讀、旅行、繪畫和攝影。能夠成為青苗中學(xué)部的一名教師,她感到非常幸運(yùn)。“教育是你可以用來改變世界的最強(qiáng)大的武器。”——納爾遜·曼德拉。

  Ms. Surika comes from a family of teachers. She graduated from the University of South Africa with a B.Ed Senior and FET Phase. Her majors are Languages and Psychology. She has been a teacher for 12 years and she has more than 7 years experience in teaching middle school and high school students from different cultures and backgrounds. Ms. Surika is described as a very responsible, passionate and dedicated teacher. She moved to Kunming from Dalian and she has lived in China for 5 years. She enjoys reading, travelling, painting and photography. She feels very fortunate to be part of the BIBS MYP team.“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

  DP中方協(xié)調(diào)員- 侯濤Hunter

  侯濤老師,中學(xué)部化學(xué)老師。2015年畢業(yè)于昆明理工大學(xué),在取得工科學(xué)士學(xué)位和高級中學(xué)化學(xué)教師資格證后,一直從事教師工作。加入青苗昆明校區(qū)之前,他在昆明第十中學(xué)國際部擔(dān)任了三年的班主任和四年的化學(xué)老師;瘜W(xué)是一門融入生活的學(xué)科,利用這些知識我們能更加科學(xué)、健康生活。侯老師非常開心加入青苗這個(gè)有活力、青春向上的大家庭,侯老師平常喜歡小動(dòng)物、旅游和攝影,是個(gè)外向開朗的大男生。正如他本人的教育理念:孩子從不在不喜歡的人身上學(xué)習(xí),只有自己樹立榜樣、努力好學(xué),樂觀向上,才會帶動(dòng)孩子一起進(jìn)步。

  Mr. Hunter graduated from Kunming University of Science and Technology in 2015, and has been working as a teacher since he obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering and a certificate for senior high school chemistry teacher. Before that, he had been working as a class teacher for three years and also a chemistry teacher for four years in the International Department of Kunming No.10 Middle School. Chemistry is a subject integrated into life. We can live more scientifically and healthily by using chemistry knowledge. He loves animals, traveling and photography and is an outgoing boy. Just like his own educational philosophy: children never learn from people they don't like. Only by setting a good example, making efforts to learn and being optimistic, can children make progress with teachers together.

  MYP外方協(xié)調(diào)員- Ms. Marta

  Ms. Marta,中學(xué)部班主任。來自烏克蘭頓涅茨克市,她2011年畢業(yè)于明斯克州立語言大學(xué),取得了英語和德語教學(xué)的教育學(xué)士學(xué)位,畢業(yè)后就一直從事教師職業(yè)。她一直是一個(gè)熱衷于學(xué)習(xí)的人。并且她最近拿到了多倫多大學(xué)國際學(xué)士學(xué)位(DP) OISE國際教育證書。她從小就掌握了好幾門語言,在她的整個(gè)職業(yè)生涯中,她一直能夠與中國的數(shù)百名學(xué)生分享她對語言學(xué)習(xí)的熱情。她很自豪地說,這些過去的經(jīng)驗(yàn)也成就了自己的中文學(xué)習(xí),近期內(nèi)她還將繼續(xù)挑戰(zhàn)HSK-5漢語水平測試5級。她從2012年開始就定居于昆明,她享受春城的天氣和美味的米線,她的寶貝女兒也出生在昆明,在這個(gè)美麗的城市成長。

  Ms. Marta froms Donetsk, Ukraine. She has been working as a teacher since her graduation from Minsk State Linguistic University in 2011. After studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in English and German teaching, she has remained a keen learner herself. One of her latest learning adventures has resulted in completion of OISE Certificate in international education for International Baccalaureate (DP) at the University of Toronto in 2021. Having mastered several languages since childhood, she has been able to share my passion for language learning with hundreds of students throughout her career here in China. She is very proud to say that she has also acquired enough Chinese and am looking forward to passing her HSK-5 Chinese proficiency test in the nearest future. She has been enjoying Spring City weather and rice noodles here in Kunming since 2012 and she is looking forward to introducing the beauty of Yunnan to her baby daughter, born and currently being raised in Kunming.

  MYP中方協(xié)調(diào)員- 吳溪Rick

  吳溪老師,中學(xué)部物理老師。背景專業(yè)為野生動(dòng)植物保護(hù)與利用,畢業(yè)于云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)并取得中國高中生物教師資質(zhì),同時(shí)還具有CELTA(英國劍橋大學(xué)教師資格證),雅思A類7.5分等相應(yīng)資質(zhì)。在過去十年中,吳溪老師一直從事國際教育、海外留學(xué)生服務(wù)等相關(guān)工作。他先后任職于英國Papilon教育基金會(老撾),SYASS美國學(xué)校北京分校等機(jī)構(gòu)及學(xué)校。吳溪老師認(rèn)為,雙語生物課程的學(xué)習(xí),切忌為圖省事而將英文學(xué)科內(nèi)容翻譯成母語去理解,而應(yīng)適當(dāng)使用CLIL學(xué)習(xí)法:以學(xué)科內(nèi)容為核心,輔以語言習(xí)成的方法及策略,達(dá)到學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)與語言學(xué)習(xí)的雙向進(jìn)步。工作之余,吳溪老師喜歡少數(shù)民族文化,徒步和攝影。

  Mr. Rick was major in Animal & Plant Protection and graduated from YAU. He was qualified as an English teacher by Cambridge University(CELTA) and a High School Biology teacher by Chinese Ministry of Education. His IELTS(Academic) test result was band 7.5 and he had obtained a CTL(Chinese Team Leader) certificate. For the past decade, Mr. Rick has been working in International& Bilingual schools and organizations both in China and overseas. Mr. Rick believe that the teaching of Biology should not only focus on the subject content, but also integrate the teaching of language, in which combined will enable students to develop subject understandings as well as practising language skills. On a personal note, Mr. Rick’s hobbies are learning ethnic-minority culture, hiking and photographing.

  升學(xué)指導(dǎo)&CAS協(xié)調(diào)員- 邵潤南Allen

  邵潤南老師,現(xiàn)任昆明呈貢青苗學(xué)校升學(xué)指導(dǎo)顧問、校長助理與DP CAS課程協(xié)調(diào)員,主要負(fù)責(zé)我校中學(xué)部教學(xué)與高中畢業(yè)生的大學(xué)申請工作。邵老師在英國學(xué)習(xí)工作多年,其本科畢業(yè)于英國威斯敏斯特大學(xué)國際關(guān)系專業(yè),研究生畢業(yè)于英國倫敦大學(xué)亞非研究院國際關(guān)系專業(yè)。在學(xué)習(xí)工作期間,邵老師取得了TOFEL Junior教師資格證、IB CAS教學(xué)證書與英足總教練資格證等多項(xiàng)證書。在2021年加入到青苗之前,邵老師曾在多所高校的國際學(xué)院擔(dān)任雅思老師與升學(xué)指導(dǎo)顧問。他希望能運(yùn)用自己的專業(yè)技能與知識,幫助青苗的同學(xué)們規(guī)劃好自己的未來,并成功進(jìn)入到他們心儀的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)。

  Mr. Allen is the College Counselor, Principle Assistant and DP CAS Coordinator in BIBS Kunming, he is mainly focus on the high school teaching and university application in our school. Mr. Allen spent many years for studying and working in the United Kingdom, he got his Undergraduate Degree of International Relations in University of Westminster and Postgraduate Degree of International Relations in SOAS, University of London. Through his studying and working experience, Mr. Allen got many certifications, such as TOFEL Junior Teaching Certification, IB CAS Teaching Certification and Football Coach Certification by England FA, etc. Before Mr. Allen joined BIBS Kunming, he worked in several universities as the IELTS teacher and College Counselor. Mr. Allen hopes to use his professional knowledge and skills to help every student in BIBS Kunming for planning their future career and go to the university they love in their future.

  MYP服務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)員- Mr. Daniel

  Mr. Daniel,中學(xué)部體育老師。他的母親年輕時(shí)曾是吉林省的短跑冠軍,她的耳濡目染讓Mr. Daniel從小就成為了運(yùn)動(dòng)達(dá)人,參與學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)是Mr. Daniel成長過程中的重要組成部分。Mr. Daniel在美國印第安納州長大,大學(xué)就讀于印第安納大學(xué)。自2013年開始一直在中國擔(dān)任教練。在中國工作了幾年后,他再次回到大學(xué)中學(xué)習(xí)并獲得體育管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,并專攻教練和運(yùn)動(dòng)管理專業(yè)。他對體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)感興趣,并嘗試將運(yùn)動(dòng)和體育作為一種方式來幫助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)社交技能,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人目標(biāo)并養(yǎng)成終身健康的習(xí)慣。

  Mr. Daniel is mixed Chinese American. His mother was a champion sprinter in Jilin province in her youth and her influence helped Daniel become an avid sport and fitness enthusiast since childhood. Taking part in school sports was an important part of Daniel’s upbringing. Daniel grew up in Indiana USA and studied at Indiana University during his undergraduate degree. Since 2013 he has been coaching in China after he started working at a company that organizes summer and winter camps. After working in China for a few years he went back to school and achieved a Master of Science in Sport Mangement, with his concentrated studies in Coaching and Athletic Administration. He has an interest in experiential education and tries to use sports and physical education as a tool to help students learn social skills, achieve personal goals, and develop life long healthy habits.

  Nicole has a strong background in Engineering and Architecture, she was graduated from University College London (UCL), The Bartlettl school, which is the TOP1 Architecture school in the world. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Architecture and Project Management. Nicole has lived in London for 5 years and she has study-traveled several countries in Europe, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Greece. With her full passion for education she came back to China and build her career in bilingual education. She believes that all her experience and diverse knowledge system can help students to know more about the world, help them to expand their horizons and build their interests and abilities of efficient and critical learning.

  WASC協(xié)調(diào)員- Ms. May

  Ms. May, has a Master of Business Administration from INTI Laureate International University and Master of Instructional Design and Technology (MIDT) Cluster of education and social science (CESS) from Malaysia University Kuala Lumpur. She also obtained a Bachelor of Education (TESL) Teaching of English as a Second Language with Honours in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, and Certificate IV (TESOL) Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages from Southern Cross International Queensland Australia. She brings with her more than 12 years of teaching experienced. Thus, she has taught English for science and technology subject in Kuala Lumpur International School before she decided to move into Southeast China in 2016. Her Understanding and expertise in the IB MYP curriculum along with strong collaborative and open minded skills enables her to support and develop students to become a principled critical thinker through MPY Design. Ms. May participated in WASC accreditation process and successfully by completing the visiting committee training she is hereby qualified to serve on visiting committees for the Western Association of Schools and College Awarded by The President, ACS WASC Dr. Barry Groves . This course engaged education in understanding the focus on learning continuous school improvement based on guiding principles.

  MAP協(xié)調(diào)員- 王鳳Angela

  Ms. Wang was born and grew up in Kunming. However, her educational experiences have led her to faraway places. Ms. Wang attended East China Normal University from 2005 to 2009. During these four years, she also worked as a private tutor and part-time teacher at various organizations and met many families. In 2009, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science. After returning to Kunming in 2009, she started working in an international school for several years. In 2015, she began to pursue her master’s degree at Augustana University and earned her degree in 2017. In 2019, she continued her education and became a certified MYP/DP teacher. Ms. Wang also has a wide range of hobbies including sports, reading, and art. Her favorite genre is biography and autobiography. By reading the stories about people from other spaces and times, people can experience different lives. By reading literature from different cultures, people have the opportunity to see the world from multiple angles. By reading history, people can place themselves in a broader context to view the problems they are facing. One suggestion she wants to give to her students is not to forget the tradition of reading good books-different genres of books, especially in a fast pace world. Another suggestion she has for her students is to take care of their physical health by exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, and having good sleep. Learn and do some “not useful” things like appreciating artworks, listening to music, and playing an instrument or a sport just for fun. Teaching is a vocation, but teaching is also a mission.

  劉雯文老師,中學(xué)部個(gè)人&社會老師。自2016年青苗國際雙語學(xué)校昆明校區(qū)建校伊始開始工作,她曾受歐盟資助,在丹麥和德國獲得新聞、傳媒與全球化專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。海外學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷,給了她全球化視野、多角度思考的能力,也加深了她對不同價(jià)值觀和文化的理解和包容,讓她能更好地在青苗國際化的環(huán)境中溝通、工作, 在教學(xué)中融入國際視野。她熱愛教育事業(yè),擁有中國教育部高級中學(xué)英語教師資格證及美國TESOL國際英語教師資質(zhì)。她相信教育的本真是身教,是用生命影響生命。每個(gè)學(xué)生不同,他們的成長都會被教師的生命而影響,她鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生保持旺盛的好奇心,敏感于愛和美,探索這個(gè)世界與人類的心靈。
